We are not the pest control contractor.

We do not ourselves carry out pest inspections, pest treatments, extermination, pest removal, proofing work, pesticide application, trapping, building work, repair work or any other pest-control treatment or trade service.

Any physical work undertaken at a property is performed solely by an independent third-party contractor.

2. Independent Contractors

Any pest control contractor to whom an enquiry is referred operates as an independent business.

Contractors are not our employees, workers, partners, representatives, franchisees, subcontractors or agents merely because an enquiry has been passed to them through this Website.

We do not control how an independent contractor performs their work.

The contractor is solely responsible for matters including:

6. Prices and Payments
