Customers remain responsible for deciding whether to engage a contractor and may ask the contractor for information regarding insurance, qualifications, experience and other matters relevant to the proposed work.

Contractor Relationship

Independent contractors introduced through King's Lynn Pest Control have no authority to make representations, promises, guarantees or contractual commitments on behalf of King's Lynn Pest Control unless we have expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. A contractor who receives an enquiry through this Website remains an independent business.

The contractor is not our employee merely because we have introduced the customer.

We do not control the contractor's professional judgement, treatment plan, pricing, working methods or business operations.

Your Contract Is With the Tradesperson

If you decide to employ a pest-control contractor, the agreement for that work is between you and that contractor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, King's Lynn Pest Control does not accept responsibility for mistakes, negligence, damage, injury, treatment failure, poor workmanship or other consequences arising from work performed by an independent contractor.
